This warranty extends only to the customer who (a) originally purchased the products directly from www.shopluebona.com, (b) is located in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and (c) is using the products for residential use only.

How long is the warranty？
1. For outdoor furniture: 2 years from the date of purchase
2. For indoor furniture: 1 year from the date of purchase

What's covered under the LUE BONA Limited Warranty?
1. Structural and frame defects
2. Defects in welds, joints, or core construction
What’s Not Covered
What's not covered under the LUE BONA Limited Warranty?
1. Damage caused by any unauthorized modifications from customer(s);
2. Mold, mildew, or stains caused by customer’s environmental conditions;
3. Damage caused by improper storage, use, or maintenance by customer(s);
4. Natural wood may display small splits, knots, joint lines, or other organic features. These are normal characteristics and are not considered quality defects.
How to Submit
What do I need to do to get warranty service?
To submit a claim, please fill in the form on the bottom of this page with information needed, and we will respond within 3 business days.
1. Order number or proof of purchase
2. Detailed description of the issue
3. Clear photos or videos showing the defect
4. Your contact information
Warranty Resolution
If a claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
1. Offer the replacement(s), or
2. Offer store credit or vouchers if replacement is not available
Please be noted:
1.Warranty replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
2.Replacement parts may vary slightly in color or texture due to differences between production batches.
