We had two shipments with so many boxes and I did not realize. I thought we were shorted one box and contacted Lue Bona and Fed Ex. They responded right away. I found the other box in a different area of the house because my son had brought it in. Everyone was instantly ready to respond with assistance. I am planning to order more items from this company. We are more than pleased.
